The TV did arrive Starry. At 5.30 we were there last call of the day. I had given up on it. More complicated than I thought but I did manage to pair my iPhone and iPad and download some apps and see some of my photos on it. I also sorted out YouTube too. Need to spend a lot more time looking.
I’ve had my tooth out. The dentist took an x Ray and found an abscess under it so I was lucky it wasn’t more painful
no wedding date yet I don't fancy them making future plans at the moment

Good morning everyone.
ts a foggy morning here but not feeling so sticky.
I've got nothing to do today and half thinking about a slow bus ride into Truro and a walk round and catch he fast bus back. That will get us out of the house for a few hours and keep himself controlled out with other folks around and no chatting on the bus because he wont hear with masks ... so quiet spell for me.
My tooth isn't feeling too bad. I couldn't decide between Paracetamol or Ibuprofen so had one of each and will do the same today and warm salt water rinse.

Good morning all, its a lot cooler today and there was a thick sea mist this morning, I'd left my window open last night and the net was soaking with droplets of mist. I'll make sure I close it tonight.
Caught up with mask orders, so will be making some to put into stock and list htem on my shop. I'm loving the new sewing machine, it's brilliant. So pleased I bought it.
Had the results of my scan which I had last wednesday. Everything looked ok, the shrivelled up dead gall bladder was still the same, so the pain wasn't caused by that, they're not sure what was causing it, but it's gone now anyway. The spleen and pancreas were all normal, but they said I have a fatty liver. Then yesterday I got a text from my surgery telling me the exact same things plus telling me that I can address the fatty liver with a low fat diet. I haven't been sticking to my low fat low carb diet since lockdown, I've been eating all the wrong foods, so I suppose that's what caused the problem. There was no sign of a hernia so not sure what the lump is, but they said its nothing serious.
Glad you had your tooth out Diane, I can see a second lockdown coming in a month or two the way people are carrying on. My dentist hasn't re-opened yet for private or nhs. I got a text last month telling me to phone in 2 months to see if they were re-opening or not.
I've got the first picking of my runner beans for dinner Sunday, so I'm looking forward to that. I'vehad a few mini cucumbers which are delish but the tomatoes are still like big marbles, and the marrows are slowly swelling.
Not much to report really, except keep cool and stay safe!

The second lockdown was what I was concerned about Hazel and didn't want it causing problems then.
I bet those runner beans tasted delicious. Nothing like home grown and home picked and eaten the same day.

Its dry but very cloudy and damp outside without raining (if that makes any sense)

Good afternoon all. It's a lovely cool day here, such a treat after al the heat. Went to vet's this morning to collect Brodies's medication. It was nice to have a natter with the receptionist. Got way laid by my neighbour who was moaning as usual. I couldn't wait to get inside. my home. Having a restful day as my knee is still playing up. Have a good day all.

It's a beautiful wet day here such a nice change. We're halfway through sorting out the larder. It looks much better and I will know where everything is when Gordon is finished. He's not enjoying doing it my way, his way would be so much better of course! However if he had only asked where pineapple chunks were instead of going on the rampage it wouldn't have needed doing. Once he's finished I'll be able to do my shopping list for my shopper. I've also got someone coming to look at my garden tomorrow I'm hoping he's up for the challenge as it's like a jungle.

My new gardener is hard at work in my front garden, formerly known as the jungle. The bags provided by the council cost £40.00 for 25 , so far he has used 5 bags. Thre council will take it away with my recycling. It's worth it to get it taken away and not have to take it to the tip and queue for a couple of hours. I was on my feet too long yesterday so I'm resting today. Gordon is doing Egyptian PT, something at which he excels.

Good morning everyone.
Its very wet here.
Housework and washing today so the weather doesn't matter.
We got to Truro yesterday eventually. We missed the slot for the Plymouth bus, missed the next slot for the fast bus in to Truro, but caught the next slot being the slow bus in. It was spitting when we left then dry, then sunny, then wet again. Got to Truro and eating our bananas when a very black cloud came over and a few more spits,,,,,,,,,,,, so we headed for the next bus straight home without a walk. Made a change to get out though.

Good morning everyone.
Its dry at the moment and the wind doesn't seem too bad.
It was windy through the night and they said lightening and thunder was around but I didn't see any. But there were so many warnings that I unplugged the computer.
No plans today. A quiet day. Definitely no trips out though.
