Good morning all. it's bitter here this morning Brr. Brodie went down three steps cocked his leg up the down pipe and ran back in. Safely in bed now. No plans today for me. Gordon has got Andrew our pc guy in to fix a few problems he has. He's running two security systems together and wonders why he has problems. My security system covers two computers his and mine even though we live apart. He goes halves with me. He forgot.

Evening all.
After a really low bp reading (for me) last night I thought I'd treat myself to a lie in this morning. Then realised the car was due in to have a software update, so while in bed still rang the garage at 8.45am to find out what time, thinking it was about 3pm for some reason. Nope! It was booked in for 10.15am. Shot out of bed, had a barmaids wash, washed my hair as it was in a state and greasy from becoming too hot in bed, fed the animals, threw on some clothes and then had to scrape the ice off the windscreen and windows of the car. Arrived at the garage with 10 mins to spare. The garage is about 35 mins away.
phew!
Software update didnt have to be done as they said it's already up to date, and when they checked the clutch as I had told them it felt as if it was rusted up, they said it wasn't but that it was probably a bit catchy due to the car being unused 10 months to a year before being registered in May 2018. So they said see how it goes and if it gets any worse or I'm not happy to take it back. Then called in the newsagent on the way back to get some wrapping paper.
Got home early afternoon, then had to find the Guardian Angel that had been sold on my online shop the night before, box, it, wrap the box (customer paid for gift wrap), then box the box in another to protect it in the post and took it to the PO. Someone had bought it as a 1st birthday present for a little girl. Lovely present for a baby. I always put a pretty little Guardian Angel poem in with them, and they have a star in one hand and a Tibetan Silver tree of life charm in the other. They're really pretty.
Now I"m sat quietly after having an omelette for dinner and going to check my bp. I should have done it this morning, but obs didnt have time. I expect it'll be a bit high after today's racing around

Afternoon everyone. It's been a lovely day here today with blue skies and sunshine and not that cold either really.
I got some spring flowers from Asda yesterday, primoses, etc. I was going to plant them today but can't get motivated, I didnt have a good night so feel totally wrecked today. I'll probably do it tomorrow if it's another nice day again. I've had a job to keep my eyes open today. I feel like my avatar looks

Evening all. Woke up very tired and haven't been able to get going today so I decided to have a dressing gown day. I've done the kitchen and freshened up the bath and pottered. I've got the results of my bloods and x-ray. All normal and no action needed. I was so shocked I asked her if she was looking at someone elses results. How can it possibly be normal? My intake of vit D is nil and I don't sunbathe. I've all the symtoms of B12 deficiency and it runs in my family. I have breathing problems and my lungs can't expand properly. Kidneys and lungs do not regenerate! It must be a miracle. I'm going to request a telephone conversation with the Doctor I saw who told me she could hear crackles etc going to request a copy of the report on the blood and the lungs. The Doctor who OK'd the results was mine and she's useless and I don't trust her. I suppose the only thing I can say is that at least I don't have asbestosis or any disease as they would all be visible. I'm pleased but it doesn't help me breathe or feel any better. Sorry to moan promise not to do again - before tomorrow.

Good mornin all. Was up early as had an appointment with the nurse for an asthma assessment and lung function, to actually tell if I have asthma or not, as I've never been assessed and been on inhalers since 2004 after bronchitis. I haven't used them for donkeys years they go straight in the bin as never needed them.
Nurse couldnt do the lung function test due to my high BP and chest pains. So will do them once my BP has stabilised and chest pain sorted out. She wanted me to see the doc on Friday about my BP it's still very high even on the tablets, but BT are coming so couldnt do that so she's made the appointment for Monday morning. Then when I got home I realised my friend in Bodmin could be here Friday morning for BT so rang the surgery to change the appointment back to Friday and the receptionist wouldnt do it, she said I have to phone at 8.30 on Friday morning to see if I could be fitted in. I told her I probably could be fitted in but there's 2 doctors I refuse to see both misdiagnosed me in the past and almost killed me with meds I was allergic to. So now got to phone Friday morning to try and see another doctor or wait til Monday. Such a stupid system.
My BP was 111/70 last night this morning before I went out it was 154/86. Its up and down like a pair of actresses knickers! oops thats not very PC is it these days. Actually I'm fed up with it now, it's been almost 3 weeks or more and I feel so poorly I just want to get back to normal. I've not been able to get out and about or take the car for a drive because I've not felt well enough. I hate this getting old lark.
Weatherwise it's mild but overcast. I had to take the cover off the car this morning before I went out, so thats now folded and hanging in the outside porch to dry off. I'll fold it up and put it in it's bag later on.
I've got a fairy to finish today, just put the wings on her and then send her off to her new owner lol

Sorry to hear that your still having problems with your BP Hazel. Have you been checked for thyroid problems? My BP was all over the place and very high when I was first diagnosed. Your chess pain is probably stress I know your a worry wart like me. I get chest pain (tightness) when I get uptight and my heart is OK. It was lunch club this morning, a very good speaker on famous people who none of us had heard of who lived or were buried in Gosport. This was followed by a raffle I won some body wash. It was roast beef today with all the trimmings, followed by jam sponge and custard. Just beginning to get peckish now. Had feet up all afternoon. Going to be relaxing with my book or television tonight. . Have a good evening all.

Good Morning all. Slept in today, not long been up. Lots to do before collecting Gordon who is going to do some DIY for me. Finally traced the source of a draft to the bathroom. The plumber didn't seal the new waste pipe he put through the wall! British workman!!!!!! Have a good day all.

Good morning everyone.
Its dry but cloudy here.
We are off food shopping (oh joy!!) then back and out this afternoon for Memory Cafe. The Consultant Physciatrist (sp) is coming to talk to the carers so that should be interesting. She is the one that diagnosed hubby.
Hope you feel better soon Hazel.
